By using the Web Site or Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use which form a legally binding agreement between you and WEtap Media, LLC. If you do not want to be bound by these Terms of Use, immediately discontinue your use of the Web Site and Application.

WEtap Media, LLC Copyright

You must not alter, reproduce, store or transmit these materials for any purpose except unless authorized by WEtap Media, LLC in writing – unless otherwise permitted by current copyright law.

All trademarks included in this Web Site and Application are the property of their respective owners and are protected by law. You must not use any of these trademarks without first getting permission from the trademark's owner in writing.

User Generated Content

The Web Site and Application provide mechanisms for user generated content. User generated content consists of many types of information including system concepts, designs and discussions. Any information that you submit through the Web Site or Application must be information that you own. You must not submit copyrighted information, or any information that could infringe on another party's intellectual property. By submitting information you are certifying that you own the information in its entirety and that you have the right to share that information. Further, by submitting information through the Web Site, Application and/or E-Mail, you are agreeing to allow that information to be used for any purpose by WEtap Media, LLC, its partners and all users of the Web Site and Application without any compensation or attribution to you. Further, WEtap Media, LLC reserves the right to remove, alter or merge any user generated content at any time for any reason.

Innapropriate Content

Due to the nature of user generated content, it is not possible to catch or filter offensive or inappropriate content before it reaches users. Any user who submits offensive or inappropriate materials may be banned from using the Web Site and/or Application. Offensive or inappropriate materials include:

Hatred, racism, bigotry
Obscenity or sexually explicit content
Coarse language
Abusive, harrasing or harmful against another group or individual
Defamatory, inflammatory or threatening content
Information about contentious topics

WEtap MEdia, LLC will attempt to remove such content from Web Site and Application when it is brought to our attention. WEtap Media, LLC does not guarantee a speedy removal of inappropriate or offensive content and is not responsible for removing this content in a timely fashion.

WEtap Media, LLC provides links to external web sites and applications from its Web Site and Application. These external sites are not owned by WEtap Media, LLC and WEtap Media, LLC has no control over their content. The inclusion of a link or advertisement within the Web Site or Application does not constitute an endorsement by WEtap Media, LLC.

E-mail

WEtap Media, LLC's Web Sites and Applications collect e-mail addresses for various reasons including

System maintenance notifications.
Password Retrieval.
General customer/user correspondence.

At any time, you may choose to opt-out of these mailings. Opting out of mailings may result in loss of access to the Web Site and/or Application.

WEtap Media, LLC does not make use of Secure Socket Layer technology for any of its communications. Neither the Web Site nor Application may contain information that should be secured. You must not transmit any information over the Web Site or Application if that information should only be transmitted over a secure connection.
